A leader is one who knows the way,
goes the way, and shows the way.

This organization was created to pay homage to the Men and Women who have dedicated their careers to leading the future enlisted leaders of the United States Air Force. The MTL is responsible for constantly enforcing high standards of conduct, accountability and discipline for Airmen completing technical training.
The amount of responsibility is great...the challenge is even greater. At the end of the day, you will know that you have truly made a difference!

The mission of a Military Training Leader: Adapt NPS airmen to military life and provide the AF with highly trained, motivated, self-disciplined, and physically fit airmen with exceptional military bearing.Always leading from the front, the Military Training Leader is the first-line supervisor for technical training Airmen. His/Her influence will play a role in the Airmens future in the United States Air Force.
The MTLA is a non-profit organization that is based out of San Antonio, Texas. Founded in 2009, the vision was to create a organization where past, present and future Military Training Leaders could communicate and stay connected with information, updates and continued traditions.
